We have been going here for a couple years now and we usually see Ms. Keeler who is great. She's very nice and explains to me what's going on and recaps last visits. My daughter has Down Syndrome and there's always something to monitor with these kiddos. Now it's thyroid. The clinic is very transparent with what they're monitoring and the next plan of action. Front desk is always friendly and appointments are punctual.
The physician we saw didn't have the best bedside manner. There was a lack of compassion and we felt like our concerns didn't matter. We left with no answers and orders for labs and X-rays that we had previously done.
