If I could give no stars that would be the least they could do for us. This entity had my child on a waitlist for 2.5 years, I checked in patiently every few months. Was told to call back this February and that they should be able to get us in. Today I called and they said that they are no longer taking patients and the waitlist is closed. When did it close?
