We had a wonderful experience! The audiologist was kind, pleasant, and very professional. My son has had several hearing tests in the past and usually refused to cooperate. This time, within just a few moments, the audiologist made him feel comfortable, and he fully cooperated throughout the entire test — thanks to her! She has a wonderful way with children, and the test was quick and efficient. Thank you so much!
ALWAYS Amy Gensler is my absolute favorite girl. She is so organized, thorough, so knowledgeable and helpful and sweet. Can’t get any better than Amy. She’s a 10 star in my book.
