I have to say this Dell laptop and the service I have experienced today is by far the worst. I purchased a Dell laptop not even a year ago and it has been the worst choice ever it is always freezing, extremely slow and the touch screen works if and when it wants. That however is not the topper, while working on some assignments for school last night out of nowhere the laptop just went black. I just talked to executive and global service, they laughed at me and called me a stupid American. Guy with the name funiyu.. I will never buy another dell computer! My last computer was 3700$ and I bought a 500$ warranty and try and get it fixed.. Try getting someone that speaks English.. Hope you have all day to get transferred all over the place! Done with Dell Computers!
