I have purchased 4 items from Delkevic. 3 exhaust and one set of headers. The exhausts are a good value and well built. The problem with this company here in the USA is their customer service is worse than terrible. One exhaust I purchased was great but midpipe became discolored with spots all over. customer service would not back me up and refused to give me any kind of discount on buying a new midpipe. Non existent customer service and communications. They do not answer the phones or e-mails. Ordered (2) items from delkevic.com and returned (1) item 13" trioval in new condition for a $189.99. The company web site has no phone number and I called a number listed on Google twice and no one answers the phone. I also e-mailed 4 times requesting Return Authorization, again with no response from Delkevic. Absolutely LOVE my exhaust from Delkevic! The exhaust I bought for my Vulcan 900 gives the bike character for days! Easy install, great customer service, and a badass exhaust note, what’s not to love?
