I don’t usually write reviews but I own a few properties and deal with management companies quite often. Delkap actually acknowledges your calls and emails. The property manager is more than accommodating. She has called me on weekends from her private cell and always answers emails promptly.
Everything the previous reviewer said is correct. The management doesn’t care about their tenants. Instead, they rather not validate the concerns and have people inflate the reviews to hide the truth. AND BEFORE THEY TRY TO DISCREDIT ME. I am a tenant, I live in their buildings and I have an apartment number. They like to discredit reviewers with low scores by saying they do not have any documentation of the reviewers.
