They have bad business ethics and just care about charging more. Unhelpful management and rude after closing the deal. I’m regretting getting my apartment managed by Delkap. Please don’t make the same mistake of thinking that you won’t need the management company after finally closing the purchase, they will make you regret making one of your biggest purchases you ever have to make. DO NOT DO YOU BUSINESS WITH DELKAP, TRUST ME!!!

This is the best management company I have ever worked with. I bought a condo that they are managing, and their application process was seamless!
