Using Delkap to manage my buildings in the Bronx NY I have dealt with numerous management companies in the past and I can honestly say these gentleman are by far the most responsive and a pleasure to work with highly recommend.
I don’t usually write reviews but I own a few properties and deal with management companies quite often. Delkap actually acknowledges your calls and emails. The property manager is more than accommodating. She has called me on weekends from her private cell and always answers emails promptly.
