I spoke with the owner I live out of town and was helping my cousin who is on a very limited income. They went to pump out her sewer within 24 hours. They were on time and very polite.
Called and talked to a guy. Told him my problem and he said he could take a look at it but it would be 2 weeks. I said OK no problem. More than two weeks went by and I sent him a text to remind him. I never heard anything from him.
I have been calling this company each time I’ve needed them and they always come within 24 hours! The best and great workers
