I Love the building. Alot of history dating back to 1855. Clean building Friendly staff that cares about the tenants. Have something wrong they're on top of it right away. I would recommend the building to others that don't mind living downtown. It's has it's up's and Downside . Best part is the Capital,the River, Xcel Center, Mear's Park, Rice Park, Stadium for Minor League Baseball, and some fine dining.

Called and spoke with Tom. He went well above and beyond to help my son on very short notice. My son decided to go a different route to stay closer to work. I was very impressed by Tom's professionalism.
