The leasing agent Roxanne has some serious customer service issues on the phone doesn't know how to talk to people normally at all and she actually started attacking me on the phone when I inquired about a showing , sure made me not wanna rent from them why would I pay some mean lady to rent a apartment in the hood

I Love the building. Alot of history dating back to 1855. Clean building Friendly staff that cares about the tenants. Have something wrong they're on top of it right away. I would recommend the building to others that don't mind living downtown. It's has it's up's and Downside . Best part is the Capital,the River, Xcel Center, Mear's Park, Rice Park, Stadium for Minor League Baseball, and some fine dining.
