We were referred to delineations and their staff have been professional and great. They step up and do the right thing and care about what their customers think. They have been very responsive even recently with questions related to our current project.
We have decades of construction and design experience but needed a firm to provide a set of "stamped" plans for our HOA, so we went to Delineations based on recommendations of two others who had worked with them. I cannot deny, it is humiliating to admit we made such a poor decision in selecting this firm.
