Overall experience was fantastic. My service advisor was very knowledgeable and attentive to my questions. Great dealership to buy a car from or have maintenance service done. You are greeted when you arrive and extremely helpful to get you what you need. Thank you DeLillo Chevrolet.
I purchased a brand new 2025 Silverado from DeLillo in April 2025. Since then, I have experienced six major electrical failures. When I reached out to the service department requesting a thorough electrical inspection, they claimed to have tested the truck but clearly missed everything. The service manager ignored my emails. It's clear they sell a lot of trucks and when one has problems, they just want it to be someone else's issue if you're not a big customer. They don't care. I do not recommend this dealership.
