Haven’t ever in my life come to get a bottle exchanged a 250 oxygen to be exact tell me they don’t have any in stock we can fill it 10-15 mins no big deal leave for 25 mins and come back and tell me again it’s gonna be another additional 10-15 mins after I already paid very fed up will get new bottles at a company that has them in stock even if it is exchanging 10 plus bottles for someone that’s got the stuff in stock now not on there time
Delil has poor customer service, lapses on their internal communications and external communications, and no urgency to make things right with the customer when they drop they ball.
