I used this service twice actually, first time to try out their services and the second when I move out, Ana is great! She’s very detail oriented and very thorough, I was able to get my deposit from my landlord, she’s also very affordable considering she brings ALL her cleaning supplies. If I ever need her I’ll definitely give her a call!
I am speechless at the level of unprofessionalism witnessed by this company. We had an initial cleaning last month, the date and time was confirmed she text me telling me that the cleaning lady was on her way, a whole day before we had originally schedule the appt. When I questioned the date she realized it was the wrong day and kept the appt for the next day. she did a good job but skipped over the master bathroom.
