Wow! I've had egusi at many places in Houston, but this was by far the best. Truly tastes like a grandparent made it. The fufu was fluffy, and the plantains were fried perfectly. I got the whole tilapia too, but I'm too full to try it tonight. I will be trying more of the menu.
I really enjoyed my meal at Delight's Ghanaian Cuisine. The food was flavorful, tasted freshly prepared, and the welcoming service made the experience even better. I’d definitely come back to try more dishes.
