After coming to this nail shop for over four years, today was the first time I walked in and didn’t feel welcome at all. No hello, no conversation, no thank you — nothing. This is the gentleman at the front as well as the nail tech. The service was rushed and the atmosphere felt cold. I waited 15 min to "dry". I go Delightful Nails, very happy 😊 Shop very clean, everything look nice and fresh. People there very kind, always smile and treat me good. No talk bad in other language, make me feel comfortable and relax. My nail tech so funny, she say I have very beautiful toe 😂 say should be in magazine and sell feet pic, we both laughing a lot. Make whole time very fun. Nail come out very pretty, I love it so much. I will come back again for sure. Recommend to everyone 👍

I have been coming here for years and their customer service just gets better. They are so friendly, there’s barely any wait time if any, They do great work and they’re super affordable. Mind you, I do not live in this area. I drive across town to come to this nail salon. That’s how good they are

I used to come here when Karen worked there. The few times she did my nails she was rude, conversed with neighboring technicians in Vietnamese (very obvious she was poking fun at me), and got up and walked away at every appointment upon finishing. No thank you, no acknowledgement of completion; she simply walked away in silence. I haven't gone back since because her snobby attitude completely ruined the experience. Someone said she was married to the owner. Poor guy.
