I have been a regular client at both the 1538 and 1747 Polk locations for many years, and need to share this experience as a warning to other male clients. During my most recent appointment on 3/27/26 at the 1538 Polk location, Peter engaged in inappropriate/non-consensual conduct by rubbing his erect penis on my hands and inappropriately touched my nipples and genitals. Pretty good massage, especially for the price in SF. Staff was nice and professional, just removing a star for ambience. The rooms aren’t super sound proof so you hear everything, which isn’t super relaxing. Overall, I left feeling pretty good and I would come back.
Aggressive, lots of shouting across rooms. Masseuse let out her anger at her colleague onto my calves, leaving me more pained than first coming here. Had the gall to ask for a tip after. See other reviews on predatory tip practices.
Got a full body + foot massage and they did a fantastic job. Jackie, male massage therapist, was very professional and respectful. I will be coming back!
Not a great experience. We visited as a group of four. Two of us had average massages, nothing particularly beneficial, while the other two had some of the worst massages we have ever experienced. There was no noticeable relief in body aches for any of us. Overall, we would not recommend this place.
