On September 27th United Health Care told me that I qualified for in home nursing and an aide. They supplied information for Delight. My case manager called and confirmed they were set up with UHC and could provide services then had my Doctor write up the request. A few days later they did a home visit and verified that my had submitted the written and signed orders. Another couple of days and they sent out aid to set up schedule.
