I ordered some custom cheese wontons back in November. 6 months and 47 messages later, she never shipped me my food. I could not get a refund, because the 100 day clock ran out on Etsy. She was great at sales, but she did not give a crap about my order. I was nothing but nice to her. She stole $200 of my money by not giving me anything in return.
I can’t speak for everyone else, but she flaked out on me. Said she would set up in Piermont, NY to sell GF Irish Soda bread at 11:00. Was there a bit after 11:00 and she was not present. I understand life happens but when I addressed the issue she was defensive and non-apologetic. She even used ALL CAPS to emphasize her point. Will never consider giving her our business again.

I tried Alicia’s biscuits, bagels, and apple cider donuts for the first time on Thanksgiving. Everything was amazing! I’m the only GF person in my household. My son was amazed that the biscuits were gluten free and my husband kept trying to eat my donuts instead of the pies.
I have ordered many things from Alicia and all her things are beyond words amazing! From the jumbo chocolate chip cookies, vegan cinnamon rolls, and black and white Cookies all taste the decadent real deal yet all healthy and gluten free!!! Alicia is a great person and always does her best To make sure the customer is satisfied, I even received a free dozen munchkins on my last order because we delayed my order for a week, I will be a lifetime customer! I was looking to buy my pregnant client some gluten free goodies and found Alicia’s. At the time I wanted to visit, the store was closed and she offered to open up shop just for me to stop in and purchase my goodies. She made some amazing suggestions.
