Contacted Dawn Gentle (owner) about scheduling a tasting, sent back information she requested , and when I called to pay for the tasting she ignored my cell phone calls-- but she did answer when I called from my landline. Once I identified myself and why I was calling the phone went quiet. I called back and it went straight to voicemail. A true professional would've returned calls and explained why she could or could not cater the event. Some things just don't work out but don't ever treat a potential client this way.
I used Delicious Details to cater a birthday dinner and the food was amazing! Dawn was very responsive, worked with me on the menu, and brought all of the food hot and ready to serve. Everyone loved the food! It made the night so effortless so I could spend time celebrating with friends - I highly recommend them!
We would give more than 5 stars if it was possible. Dawn and her team catered our wedding, and we can't say enough good things about them!! The food was everything you would expect from a high end restaurant in the metroplex and the service was phenomenal. They took care of every detail, and even stepped in and covered a few items we forgot. We will be forever grateful!
She just catered a family dinner for my birthday. Everything was very delicious, on time and just what we wanted. Will do this again!! We’ll worth it!
Absolutely BEST food and BEST service! Delicious Details catered my daughter's wedding. Many of our guests told us how delicious the food was. Some people were shocked that food at a wedding could taste that good! Dawn took care of us from the time we booked. She advised us on the best food for a party our size and the best appetizers to go with the food. Her staff was so professional. I cannot say enough good things about Dawn @ Delicious Details. Booking Delicious Details was worth every penny I spent and more!
