I had a good first experience at Wax by Shikha, but my second visit was disappointing. Despite telling her I have sensitive skin, she ignored it and ended up burning me. When I raised the issue, she called me a “drama queen” in person and responded with a dismissive, arrogant attitude in messages (screenshot available). It’s clear she prioritizes speed over care. Unprofessional and disappointing attitude.

Shikha is the best, she makes the experience go super smoothly and she makes you super comfortable throughout the process, she’s is very nice and friendly and understanding, the best !!!

Tried Delicate Wax based on the reviews and they did not disappoint! Shikha was so professional and so kind!! Her waxing skills are amazing, I got a Brazilian done and it was painless because of how gentle and careful she was. Highly recommend her!

This was my first visit to see Shikha. I chose her based on the 5-star reviews. I was welcomed immediately by her with a warm and friendly smile. She made me feel comfortable right away. I get waxing done rarely, and she made me feel like I had been seeing her for years. Her studio was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. Based on this visit, I will be back. Thank you so much, Shikha.
