My mother's entire radio system was destroyed with water damage from this car wash. She went in for a wash last week and the system was working fine. When she got back in the car after the wash was completed, the radio display would not work. The owner refused to pay for the damage, and wasn't even willing to pay her insurance deductible of $250 for the screen to be repaired. She was only offered credits to return for future washes. I’m pretty intense when it comes to cleaning my car. All the little spaces, vents, etc. Even buffing out the very small spots on the body. Everything was done!! I couldn’t find a piece of dust, dirt or other when they were done! Highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for a job well done. Thankful to find people who take pride in their work! Thanks to the team at Delicate Touch.
They do an AMAZING job! Have been there several times and I’ve never left disappointed. I live in Indiana and make special trips to go. Fabulous service, quick and well worth what you pay.
Absolutely amazing job done by the guys at Delicate Touch! I was in shock how clean they got the inside of my car. Like it was brand new again! I highly recommend this place!
