I went for Dinner yesterday, and yes it was a very bad visit, I posted a comment, but as a scroll thru your wall, it's erased, and not attended to?!?! First of all it was dinner rush, 3-4 employees on a break, manager in Kitchen!! Customer Focus Time?? No Turkey!! No Bread?? So therefore no control over her shift, 1 cashier, busy checking his phone?? The other multitasking phone orders, and front customer orders, intake and Togo?!? Today was just okay. I love the roast beef grinders so tonight because I was over in that area I went by the D'Elia's on Van Buren to pick up dinner for my husband and I. Never thought to open up my grinder and make sure it was correct, and of course after a 20 minute drive home my grinder wasn't what I ordered but was marked "beef". Not quite sure what it was but definitely not what I ordered. Think I will stay with the store on university, we've never had to worry about any order being wrong.

I've been going here since I was a kid..I live in Las Vegas, there is nothing in ths town like a delias grinder...please come to vegas...
I loved the grinders me and my wife go all the time
I worked there in high school and after. Best place ever. Moved to Texas but go there every time I come to California
