Terrible.
I don’t know what’s going on with this company, but I tried for over 2 weeks to reach anybody in regards to signing a lease, yet I couldn’t reach anyone. I would’ve went to their office, but it specifically says on their website that an appointment is required. I called over 10 times, sent about 5 emails, yet nothing. Even when I took a self guided tour, and the door code wouldn’t work, and the paper said “call our office if you’re having issues entering the property,” nobody answered. Never rent from these people, my mom tried to get a nice house from them and it said that deposits would be held while applications goes through, meanwhile, long story short, they apparently NEVER held her (FULL) deposit. They are liars and scammers, and when my mom called them about it, they cussed at her, told her to shut up and to stop running her mouth, and said that she wouldn't be a "Good tenant" because she's "complaining over NOTHING." they are very disrespectful and trying to scam people, never rent from them!
absolute crooks with a real weird sense of entitlement. Please please please do not engage at all. I have had to help multiple people get their money back from these UNSAFE people. We help people find affordable housing and the questions they ask during the rental process are inappropriate. They over promise and under deliver. I have not actually rented from them but have witnessed an excessive amount of unscrupulous behavior.
