These people are horrible people to deal with. My daughter wanted to rent one of there houses. Got the 1100.00 dollar money order that they wanted for deposit put it in there name. 35.00 x2 for app fee's. They denied her very fast. For back ground check. My daughter has never even had a ticket. They gave her back the money order but it's wrote out to them. They will not take it and write her a check for the money order sence it's in there name should not be a problem for them. Probably a good thing we did not rent from them ... read more
I would give zero stars if I could! I put my application in for a place and they quickly denied me because of my "background" I ask exactly what it was that is on my background because I have a fairly clean background aside from traffic violations and 2 Misdemeanor marijuana charges. They proceed to tell me they aren't aloud to share what information they found on my back ground, which to me sounds like a bunch of smoke, bc why would I personally not be aloud to see my own background check and know the EXACT reason someone w... read more
They are an excellent rental company. Follow the rules and guidance of your lease and you'll love them.
They denied me of an apartment because “I did not pass background screening”. I called and ask how or why since I have a good rental history and don’t have a criminal record. They said they couldn’t tell me.
