Flooded first floor of Ross Hill Apartments. With a completely inept attempt at "repairing" a fire sprinkler line. Should stick to hot water tanks. Ten inches of water when firefighters arrived. Should be held liable for all damages. Hopefully Ross Hill insurance company will go after them for cost of damages.
Chris is a lifesaver! He came out in a snowstorm in January when it was 10 degrees and fixed my furnace. He had to go all the way to Monroeville for a part, but never left me without heat after I had called every other " 24 hour" service and no one else responded. I will always be grateful.
Chris is very professional and got the job done for an affordable price. He was able to troubleshoot our issues and get everything running again. I would definitely recommend DelGross Services.
