I had an excellent experience at Columbia Endodontics from start to finish. After my general dentist recommended a possible root canal, I called to schedule an appointment. I believe I spoke with Kathy, and since cost was a major concern for me, I asked for an estimate upfront. They went the extra mile by contacting my insurance and explaining that only 50% would be covered, which significantly increased my out-of-pocket cost.
