The WORST office!!! I've had ringing in my right ear so I called the office (in mid-October) to request a referral to an ENT. Had to leave a message with the lady who answered the phone and she assured me my message would be relayed to referral coordinator. Never got a call back after weeks of waiting so I called today (November 18th) and whoever answered phone told me that referral was approved in October but they were unable to leave me a message (yes, they have my cell phone number).
