Delf’s Pro Gym is a fantastic space with all the best equipment for your fitness journey. I feel so blessed to have the Delf’s in my life, they are a beautiful family inside and out! Hailey Delf has been my trainer for many years now and I am grateful every day I decided to join and lift weights. Her expertise in health and training has truly changed my lifestyle. Delf’s Pro Gym is also such great community, you’re more than likely to make some really great friends too!
I got in touch with Hailey feeling weak and worried about the years ahead. She was instantly encouraging and excited to help! I’ve been with her for three months and feel so incredible and have gained some strength back. I’m also sleeping better, concentrating more, and truly just feel so much more ME.
