Their broker (Slava) literally tried to bully me (with threats of lawsuits) into signing a cure notice for a buyer that was seemingly using fraudulent funds that they claimed to be transferring into a cash app account in 10k increments (a number which in itself is a major fraud indicator due to the 10k rule) to a 3rd party not on the contract.
