This place is horrible. They have a relator by the name of Terry Day. We recently closed on a home in Maricopa and Terry was the relator for the seller. He was rude and pretty much worthless to work with our relator. We went for the final walk through before we closed and the sellers had not kept the pool up and it was the worst green nasty color we had ever seen and pretty much shocked that this realtor let this go for the final walk through.
