We are getting ready to have our 5th garage door installed, I think. I’ve honestly lost count at this point. The first door wasn’t even the door we ordered. The second door had very large dents in it. The third door had the wrong windows in it. The 4th door had scratches and dents all over it as well. I don’t even know whose fault it is because neither company (this one and the installation company)wants to take responsibility for it and apparently do not know how to communicate.

Terrible service I’m beyond disappointed. Sent wrong garage door then sent one with dents and scratches all over. It’s been months of going back and forth. Now they refuse to do anything for it. I’m sick.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! My experience has been one problem after another. They initially built my custom door incorrectly. When they replaced it, the replacement door arrived damaged with numerous scratches and dents. They then sent replacement panels, but they were the wrong panels. After that, they finally sent the correct panels and window trim, only for the door to arrive covered in scratches—some deep enough to expose the metal and some running the full width of the panels—along with several dents. You guys need to teach your guys how to tie down! Drove behind a Chevy truck Of yours on Manchester during rush-hour this morning. No safety flag With easily more than 4 feet hanging out of the bed, As well as what sounded like an aluminum rod falling out. Luckily, I saw how everything was secured and immediately got over however, the Dodge Durango behind me ran over the rod.
