I had your electrician out Friday, Matt, I believe. I had a Last minute need on Friday, my ac compressor was not wired properly, and it stopped working. Your technician Matt, was very professional, knowledgable, and did an excellent job and had my ac running in no time. The bill was beyond reasonable, I was extremely impressed! Thank you! Dear Jim, I write to acknowledge how pleased we were with the response to our service call on Tues, Nov 22. The Delcollo representative was Harry. My husband and I thought we had a problem with our outside outlet. Despite the rainy weather, Harry arrived prepared to work outside. Harry determined that there was no problem with the outlet. To Jim Just a brief note to express my appreciation for a job well done. Two fine craftmen arrived here yesterday, introduced themselves and proceeded to install a new 200 amp circuit breaker service. In spite of the wind and rain they managed to do an excellant job in what I consider to be a remarkable short period of time. Wow. I just talked to Jim from delcollo. I'm not sure how this company has any business at all. I told him that we just moved into our house and the other day an outlet started sparking, we took it out and the back and side of the outlet were melted. I explain we have some aluminum wiring and some copper and I'm concerned about the aluminum. I want someone to find out whats going on. He gets angry and he tells me he doesn't understand what I want, do I want him to come take every outlet out and inspect it? I said I want some... read more
They did everything exactly as we discussed, and went the extra mile to clean everything they worked on, dispose of trash, and let me know what I could do as a homeowner for my projects in the future. It is such a great feeling, especially when you're letting contractors in your house, to get great customer service and great work done by professionals. I am so pleased with the work that I can't wait to get to another project to call you guys in.
This past fall I had some scary electrical problems in my home. My lights were blinking off and on and then one half of the house just went completely out. I called DelCollo and they sent out Harry within the time period they promised. Great start When I opened the door I was pleasantly surprised to see a neatly dressed clean cut man standing there, even his boots were clean.
