I want to thank Delcollo Electric for responding on such short notice, Andrew was just here, he was very efficient, knew what he was doing, very nice young man a pleasure to deal with and when he left, I turned to my wife and said we have new Electrical Company to use from now on Delcollo! I had your electrician out Friday, Matt, I believe. I had a Last minute need on Friday, my ac compressor was not wired properly, and it stopped working. Your technician Matt, was very professional, knowledgable, and did an excellent job and had my ac running in no time. The bill was beyond reasonable, I was extremely impressed! Thank you! Dan, I would like to take this time to thank youfor your expedient service at my home. I will tell you I have seen many mechanics in my day but the one you sent to my home was excellent and he was very knowledgeable. Every step that he made was to forward and get the job done, everything he did had a purposeto complete the job. Very good man you should be glad that you have him. Again thanks for the good service. Dear Jim, I write to acknowledge how pleased we were with the response to our service call on Tues, Nov 22. The Delcollo representative was Harry. My husband and I thought we had a problem with our outside outlet. Despite the rainy weather, Harry arrived prepared to work outside. Harry determined that there was no problem with the outlet. The problem was the way I had connected the holiday lights. Harry was patient and thorough in helping me understand what I needed to change. To Jim Just a brief note to express my appreciation for a job well done. Two fine craftmen arrived here yesterday, introduced themselves and proceeded to install a new 200 amp circuit breaker service. In spite of the wind and rain they managed to do an excellant job in what I consider to be a remarkable short period of time. Wow. I just talked to Jim from delcollo. I'm not sure how this company has any business at all. I told him that we just moved into our house and the other day an outlet started sparking, we took it out and the back and side of the outlet were melted. I explain we have some aluminum wiring and some copper and I'm concerned about the aluminum. I want someone to find out whats going on. He gets angry and he tells me he doesn't understand what I want, do I want him to come take every outlet out and inspect it? I said I want some... read more
