Bought a 2021 new , it's 8 months old the frame broke and is a 16k trailer , I haul a 10k skid steer , my Dealer who was very accommodating said they have a 2 year workmanship warranty and to bring it back and he would get something done , well Delco denied it as I was told I overloaded it , didn't know you couldn't haul a 10k skid loader on a 16k trailer lol, so I pulled the floor off it and found 2 cross members were completely broke loose , all the cross members are only welded on 1 side , one of the most disappointing pu... read more

I bought a 2018 as new in 2020, meaning I am the first owner. It’s a white 20ft stock trailer with one cut gate. Immediately I installed heavy rubber floor mats. The only issue I experienced was one wheel locking up and destroying the tire. I believe it was a bad battery from sitting and not being used. I called Delco and they took care of it immediately, repaired the brakes and covered the cost of a new tire. It’s an attractive trailer and great service. I’m outside the warranty now, but I’ve not hade any other issues.

Very troubling .... So initially I brought my trailer from a company called the trailer guys... I'm a novice at trailers never owned one. So of course I'm depending on the sales guy whose knowledgeable of the trailers to sell me what I'm asking and looking for...
