Our gas water heater died last Thursday afternoon and Amir came by at 8:30 AM on Friday morning and confirmed it 'was toast'. Ordered a new one from Home Depot and Amir picked it up a 1 PM that afternoon was installed by 3 PM! Talk about great customer service!! Recommend Delbrook highly!
Amir saved the day! My bathtub faucet broke during our bedtime routine with my 2 little kids. Amir answered right away, and arrived quickly after. He completed the job promptly, clean, and professionally. Will definitely be calling Delbrook plumbing again for all plumbing needs
The employee is unsafely driving putting people in risk
The one thing you don’t want happening when you hire a plumber is water flooding. And yet that’s exactly what happened when we had delbrook repair a bathroom shut off valve of all ironic things. His employee turned on our mains in the garage while Amir had the pipe open in the upstairs bathroom - this shot water through the bathroom and we had to run through the house to get him to shut it off. 3 hours after they left water was dripping through our dining room ceiling below due to the flooding caused- having run along the pi... read more
I called him yesterday for a clogged sump pump, he showed up this morning and did a great job pulling out the pump cleaning the sump and the putting it back. So much fat came out of the sump.👏
