Just like living in the poor parts of India, with all the smells and noise from them emanating throughout the building with paper thin walls and floors/ceilings. The apartments are run down now (they were good up until about 10 years ago), the wiring is over 50 years old which causes blinking throughout the day and night with lighting, the office staff is unfriendly and doesn't relay messages, and the maintenance staff doesn't show up at all and if they do they make the issues worse.
