A deplorable experience - avoid at all costs. We brought our newborn to Dr Delbello after she was diagnosed with hip displaysia in the hospital after delivery. Despite our newborns age (5 days old), we were seated in a crowded waiting area for over an hour with other children until they were ready to see us. Given the shared receptionist system, no one was even able to provide us with an update on timing or alternative seating solutions. I arrived early at the office as instructed to complete my toddler’s registration. An hour and a half later we still had not seen the doctor. We had been shown into a room an hour after our appointment time, and a PA came in to “start things.” She took off my sons shoes and socks to see his feet; not sure what she was looking for because she didn’t really do anything (maybe just making sure that he does, in fact, have feet?). Bad. Horrible scheduling. Long waits. Impatient doctor. He will leave you angry and frustrated and seeking a qualified opinion for your child. If your child has an issue, save time and go to a truly gifted doctor at Columbia in NYC. Don't waste precious time here. Learn from our mistake.
