MOLD! BEWARE! I have an email about my window leaking from April 2019! Fast forward to February 8, 2020 when I reported the leak again as unresolved. Tim the maintenance guy and his helper came and disinfected the surface areas and told me Megan, the manager, would be getting Serv Pro out.
