The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They matched my needs to products that were right for me. Bobby took a generous amount of time explaining all of the ins and outs, and I left with everything I needed to quit smoking and relieve some anxiety. I cannot thank the gentleman working there today for all of their guidance in making my purchases today!
I walked in to get coils there were two employees waiting on other customers.. I was waiting for one of them to finish when another guy walked in and within minutes he was helped while I was still waiting. This is not the first time this has happened. I am on lunch from my job so my time is valuable. I left and drove to another vape shop. Customer service lacks in this store.
Best e-liq hands down, compared to several places in Atlanta, Jacksonville, Gainesville. Plus the manager, the guy from San Antonio, is wicked smaht.
Katie S and another employee ( I didn't get his name ) they were working Saturday evening helped me our so much . They both were super helpful and very informative.
Amazing employees at this shop, ones that actually took the time to explain everything to me. I've tried to get into vaping another time and a certain shop just wanted the sell. Thanks for your time guys
