I walk in to buy a small starter vape pen for my girlfriend so I asked some guy that was available which was the basic starter pen and he responded "more basic then the one you have right now" and laughed it up with a couple of co workers , not cool and very unprofessional
Terrible customer service. Went in with an issue. Asked for my money back and was given a hard time for it. Not going back.
