The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Le is fantastic. He’s knowledgeable and considerate and gentle.
Waiting time is too long... you need better scheduling software.
Dr.Shah and everyone connected with DVRA office could not be better. Dr.Shah listens carefully, explains what is happening precisely and determines the best treatment.
Unbelievable that you have to wait and wait before even getting out of the waiting room. What is the sense of having an appointment. Never again.
