Had one decent experience with Delaware Valley Plumbing Supply, but unfortunately, that was the exception. The customer service is incredibly pretentious — you get the feeling they think they’re doing you a favor just by answering the phone. That is, when they actually do. I've had an incredible experience with Delaware Valley & West End. It's a pleasure to shop at a business where everyone is knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. Meredith, in particular, is a whiz regarding plumbing fixtures. She has an eye for design and knows how to make your space look great while ensuring efficiency. I will continue to recommend and use West End for all my projects.

Went here looking for hardware for our kitchen remodel. Huge array of quality brands to choose from! Staff very helpful. Definitely would recommend checking it out

Many successful companies have achieved success because of their focus on the customer experience. These companies invest in training their employees because they understand the impact an employee can have on client satisfaction, repeat purchase, word of mouth and ultimately revenue.
