Joe comes to my house about every six months and has done so for the last 4 years. He is always very professional, communicative, and informative. His pricing is fair and he has this magic (I swear it is magic) cleaner that he leaves with you after he is done, for any stains that might happen. I have two dogs and a 5 year old, and when I just moved 3 weeks ago, I got the carpets done a month prior. The buyers thought I shampooed the carpets the day before and thanked me for doing so. Great experience with Joe. I've used Del Valley 2 times with great results. Messages answered promptly, professional style on phone and in person. The whole process is explained before he starts and he is on time and texts when he is on his way to your house.
Joe did a great job on the carpets throughout my house. My carpets are several years old and we have a 14 year old dog. They really look good!! I will call him again next time.

We have used Delaware Valley Carpet for a while now and recently my dog had a accident on our rug and I call Joe in a panic he walked me thru what to do and he fit us in as soon as he could!
