I knew I was close to making my deductible and they actually were going to cancel my surgery if I didn't pay them $970 towards what they thought was remaining. 2 months later I had to call and get my refund of over $500.00. Kicker I had a second surgery there a couple months later and they tried it again. NOPE never again. It's a shame because the nurses are great. Front desk is awful.
