After setting up and appointment and having to cancel it because of a stomach virus and my Primary doctor telling me to stay home to prevent spreading the illness, the dental office advised me that I may have to pay a $50. Fee for canceling and I was ok with that. I called to reschedule and the office administrator denied me an appointment because I canceled initial due to illness. We went to Dr. Syed’s office yesterday because my father-in-law chipped his tooth while visiting from Colombia. His insurance contacted the office directly, and from the very beginning the experience was absolutely amazing. From the women at the front desk to Dr. Syed himself, everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. I went to Dr. Syed after leaving my previous dentist due to a few bad experiences. However, all of my nervousness went away the second I got there. Dr. Syed and his staff are the most professional, compassionate, and caring people I have ever met! He does a great job explaining everything going on with you and how he’s going to fix it, and his staff are always gentle and let you know what they’re doing as well and check on you to make sure you’re doing good. Dr Syed and his are team are the best! Unfortunately I had to have alot of work done on my mouth, they all were very kind and understanding with no judgments. I am an extreme baby when enduring anything done in my mouth but they made me feel comfortable and calm through the entire experience.
