Delaware Realty is a management firm that focuses on problem solving and providing the best customer service to homeowners . They always answer the phone with professionalism and respond in a timely fashion. The nicest people to deal with!
One star is a gift for this sham of a company. DRG is a terrible, terrible management company. Sam is an incompetent mess and has turned our building into a dump. This guy is clearly in the wrong business.
The service so far has been really unresponsive and difficult to deal with. You have to leave 3-4 messages. When you get through they send you an email but never follow up. Their emails automatically go to people's SPAM folders. These guys need to find a way to get their act together.
Delaware reality is a great management firm. They always fix a problem and are always making sure that evrryone is happy.
