Horrible service how can you consider this place that has our lives in their hands a business . They never return emails or phone calls they’re not paying our money I think the state of Delaware is keeping some of the FEMA money we are hurting out here!!! Get it together DOL ! Class action lawsuit coming . Something real fishy going on with them

How do you speak with a human being? Is there a certain number or option I should be pressing? I stopped receiving payments almost 2 months ago bc of a mistake & haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone to help. The phone number is useless. When you ask for further assistance, it gives you the UI email that no one answers & all I get is a letter in the mail explaining the exact thing I keep trying to talk to someone to fix. Help.
this is the worse place I ever seen you file a claim and then they don't even process it then you waiting for a check no check you call I am sorry it wasn't processed yet why not try doing your job
I understand that they are very busy, but, I have been getting paid for 1 and a half months now. yes it took a month to get the claim opened. okay . Now my payment stop 2 weeks ago, I have been calling probably 50 times a day and sending emails once a day. for 2 weeks and no answer. and I do have plenty of money there. the website is crap. I can't get a answer from anyone.
So quick to show support for LGBTQIA, BLM, “Dreamers” and god-knows-who-else... and you do THIS to your own???? Is this their THANKS for doing their jobs, protecting our community, Delaware businesses and the rest of us? Shameful! 🤮
