This company does a horrible job for all
Ran my credit and told me my score was two low and i had a pending eviction . I got accepted another complex and they never said i had a pending eviction. then i applied with a co applicant they lied and said they ran their credit and it was blank . All lies never ran their credit and took my 100$ For the application fee . We had to call them to see what’s the status of the application . They never reached out until we called. beware of this company !
You would think after renting a property from them for over 5 yrs they would call you and give you a heads up that the owner is selling the property then let you know they're sending a letter to follow. They put a letter in the mail and I never received it. I only knew something was coming because I have informed mail. After a week went by and I never got it I called them.
