Ordered insert for my shoe in August 2024. Then had to go back because they had a problem with that supplier and had to have my foot rescanned. Call to check on it today March 10th 2025 and was told that they left me a message back in December which I did not get. So I went right out so I could pick up my inserts since I already paid for them in full. Got to the office only to find out now they have a sign up that they're going to be closed on Mondays.
