Ordered insert for my shoe in August 2024. Then had to go back because they had a problem with that supplier and had to have my foot rescanned. Call to check on it today March 10th 2025 and was told that they left me a message back in December which I did not get. So I went right out so I could pick up my inserts since I already paid for them in full. Got to the office only to find out now they have a sign up that they're going to be closed on Mondays. Dr. Hanlon has the bedside manner of a dying Indiana eel. The rest of the staff...? I came from that zoo, it's just cobras, pigs and apes in there.
I had a Very sore toe issue. I called the Milford office at 10:30am, and the staff was able to fit me in at 11:30am !! Was seen by Dr. Hanlon, who did a SUPER job, and resolved my issue. Walking normal again. Additionally, the office staff was courteous and had their act together. They made my day !! Thank you.

Office staff is quite efficient and friendly. However, my experience with the doctor not so much. Brought a copy of my Xray and report there in my consultation and he didn't even look at it. My mind was made up after that. I had high hopes there but was disappointed.
