Had a very satisfying repair done by Don at DPP. Called customer service late in afternoon for a non emergency drain cleaning and was scheduled promptly for the following morning. Don was very professional and completed the job quickly leaving the bathroom cleaner than we had left it! Don also checked a few other problem areas and gave us concise estimates. Would use them again. Jim
I give minus 1 rating. Requested unclogging of my kitchen sink. They wandered off ( unauthorized )to my other 3 faucets and charged this 75 yr old veteran $4,400.00. I ended up with no grocery money for the remainder of the month till my social security check came in on the 3rd of the month. I had no money left for food the rest of the month. They claimed to have replaced the master bedroom faucets but the faucets are the original faucets that came with the house (date is stamped on the bottom). Ended up in Christiana (twice... read more
They did a phenomenal job. Very professional, and very knowledgeable. Bill was my technician, would recommend him for any of your plumbing issues. Everything went smooth especially with the cleanliness. Excellent job!
Edit.08/2025 Update I had them out to install a kitchen faucet. While everyone was nice and professional, the job was very expensive. More than twice the amount that Lowes publicized of $230. I'm afraid that they charge a premium price for service. While I have not found any issue with the service, I have used other plumbing companies that equal their level.
