Don and Elijah were here within hours of my call for service. The problem was quickly diagnosed and put on the schedule the very next day. Don was very helpful and patient on the phone for over 38 minutes while trying to work with the outside financing company to get us approved. Don and Jordan showed up the next morning and were courteous, clean and professional while in and out of the house, cutting through drywall and cleaning up after themselves. I have used Delaware Plumbing frequently and have been very pleased. I always ask for Don Glick because he and his apprentice Jordan are so professional. The do quality work, never taking shortcuts, and are very respectful of our house in making sure that they protect it while doing their repairs.
Bill is a 3rd generation plumber who came out today for a few issues. Explained everything very well and completed the work on a Saturday- which I was surprised. I had to get 2 outside spigots replaced with plumbing through the basement, which was quick, efficient, with excellent work. I also had a clogged bathroom sink drain, which required a pump out through the plumbing in the wall. He has a few tricks up his sleeve. His work was spectacular, very clean. Very professional. A++.
The tech was professional and personable and capable. The repair was dealt with competently. The price was much more than I was expecting, but it was an emergency, so I had little choice.
