Here is my experience with computer jock. First let me say I have been going to this place for a few years now, but things have changed so beware! I had virus in my PC, I call and make appointment to bring in, the owner said he will be away, but John can help you. So, I bring it in to drop off. First thing John said how about we replace the hard drive; I said no need the speed it's at work just fine for me just clean it and if it's easier just dump everything because I don't use it for anything important. I took my pc in to have the keyboard replaced and they fired my PC and still had the nerve to change me $250. I would never take a PC to this company you do not know if they will destroy it and still change you for a repair that they did not compete. I had to buy a new PC and still pay these people $250.00. They are a rip off.
