They were ok . The office staff needs better communication for sure .. dropped my husband off for his surgery , went home , they never said i had to stay , never told us we had a co-pay of $300 until day before :(
I had a great experience here in spite of a 4 hour delay in my colonoscopy two days ago. I was extremely nervous about the procedure, but I found he team of nurses, doctors and support staff to be wonderful, caring and extremely competent and efficient. I spent 4 hours in the pre-op area (due to an equipment malfunction) not being able to eat or drink anything, and got a first hand look at their skills and bed side manners and my husband and I were both very impressed.
