Mismanaged place. Find another provider or after you schedule, your optometrist will probably quit and you will find out at the time you show up for your appointment.

(Edit #1) This location has cancelled my appointments TWICE now within the same year, forcing it to the following year, with zero care for showing they want to reschedule—it's always just a "This appointment has been cancelled <hang up>". Keep in mind the original appointment had been schedule over a year ago, they cancelled and it was reschedule for 6 months later, and now three months until the new one they cancelled that one too. I have been a patient for about 4 years. Every time I had an appointment there was a problem... long waits on hold, problems with not updating insurance despite calling multiple times, canceling an appointment because insurance wasn't verified correctly (but did not tell us until we showed up), very rude front desk staff and most recently canceling an appointment made 10 months prior via a text message with no way to reschedule. Good thing I already found a new doctor's office. This place is terribly run!!
I have really enjoyed the providers here. Access is very limited here, if you want a routine eye exam appointment you have to book 6 months out. I think this is a great place if you need a specialist for cataracts, glaucoma, etc. if you need a routine eye exam it’s a long time to wait when a lot of other places have appointments the same week.
